Booking Terms & Conditions

These booking terms are in place to protect appointment availability, our therapists’ time, and to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients.

Securing Your Booking

To secure an appointment, a 50% deposit may be required.

  • Deposits must be paid at the time of booking or within 60 minutes of receiving payment details

  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received

  • If payment is not received within this timeframe, the appointment may be released to allow others to book 

Deposits may be paid in salon via card or cash, by bank transfer, or using a gift voucher. Deposits and booking can also be made through our online booking page using a card or gift voucher code. When a gift voucher is used, the equivalent 50% value will be applied as the deposit.

The deposit is deducted from your total appointment cost and is not an additional charge.

Gift Vouchers as Deposits

  • Gift vouchers may be used in place of cash or card for deposits

  • Clients must provide the voucher code for the deposit to be applied

  • The equivalent 50% voucher value will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show

Cancellations & Changes

We kindly ask for a minimum of 6 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.

  • With sufficient notice, deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment

  • Cancellations with less than 6 hours’ notice or failure to attend your appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit

Card on File (Regular Clients)

Some regular clients may be eligible to book with a card held securely on file instead of an upfront deposit.

  • A valid card must be kept on file

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% charge to the card on file

  • If a card payment declines, future bookings will require a deposit

No-Shows

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in:

  • Loss of the 50% deposit, or

  • A 50% charge to the card on file (where applicable)

Policy Compliance

These booking terms apply to all clients and are non-negotiable. They are in place to ensure fairness, protect our team, and allow us to continue providing a high standard of service.
